Jim Kowalski is a soda machine restoration professional who has been working on machines for 24 years to date and has completed over 800 restorations in his lifetime. He began with 22 years working on contemporary machines as a vending mechanic and metal worker for Coca Cola, and restoring antique machines independently. In July 2004 the Antique Refinishing Services website launched and has been operating online since.
